Kate Tsui has an car accident and injures her chest

Yesterday morning Kate Tsui was involved in an car accident while driving to Seung Sui for work. It was suspected that due to dodging a dog in the road her car suddenly lost control and crashed into the back of a van. But because of the impulse force her car bounced and hit the curb. The windscreen was totally smashed. According to sources not only did Kate injure her head, arms but most worrying was that her chest area was injured too. She was taken to hospital immediately but after examinations it was confirmed that their were no fractures. However, although Kate still felt alot of pain in the chest area she was still willing to continue filming for the day.

After the crash Kate and the Van driver were assisted by the police. Kate was taken to North District Hospital in Seung Sui for immediate treatment. Afterwards she was still willing to continue to go to the Sister Aquinas Memorial Women's Treatment Centre to film new series "Beauitful HD". Kate wore a cap and her right hand was wrapped in a bandage, while Chris Lai was beside her. When Kate saw her manager Leung Kwok Chung she instantly went to hug him. It appeared that she was still in alot of shock.

Kate had been filming for several hours and finished at 6:45pm. During that time the reporter noticed the bandage on her hand had already been removed. She waved to reporters and was asked about her injuries. Kate said "Thank you everyone, I am okay. My chest was just in alot of pain" (Have you had alot of NG's due to still being in shock?) "No, everything is fine, my mom is worried about me that's why I am going straight home." (Have you been drinking alcohol?) "Definitley not, I was just trying to dodge a dog".
"Beautiful HD" producer Tsui Yu On revealed that he did ask Kate whether she needed to rest but Kate insisted to continue as she understood that the location was booked and may cause problems. But due to safety precautions he will reduce action scenes so that she can rest.

Linda Chung promotes new series "Legend of the Demigods"

Linda Chung, Sunny Chan, Charmaine Li etc attended the promotion event in ancient costumes for new series "Legend of the Demigods " yesterday. Mak Ling Ling was invited to fortune tell through word (Chinese character) analysis and the artistes were arranged to play games such as piggy back. Linda appeared very playful during the piggyback game. But she had an awkward moment when one of the other artistes instantly picked out a pair of male briefs from the plastic box. She constantly smiled to cover up the awkwardness.

Linda stated that "Legend of the Demigods" was the first series she had appeared as main lead and she has alot of expectations. The story plot talks about Linda having to save her parents who have turned into pigs and is similar to the movie "Spirited Away". Linda says that she is not afraid that people may think the storyline was copied. "There are many fairytales that are combined in the series, therefore I'm not afraid." (This is TVB's largest investment series for CGI effect?) "Yes, but that does not give me any pressure, I am very happy that the company has invested so much money into it. " Sunny Chan stated that the new series has a positive meaning and he will ask his son to watch it.

Nicholas Tse and Gillian Chung in Wing Chun film
Chinese news media reports that Emperor Motion Pictures is in the early development stages of producing a Wing Chun-themed movie. Although not confirmed by the studio, Benny Chan (INVISIBLE TARGET) is expected to direct while Nicholas Tse and Gillian Chung, who recently starred together in THE SPIRIT OF THE SWORD wuxia TV series, have been named as the stars.
Isabella Leong (THE MUMMY: TOMB OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR) was originally picked as the female lead but was replaced by Chung following a dispute with EMP.
Anyone following the latest career moves of Nicholas Tse will know the screen idol has spent the last several years working hard to polish his kung fu fighting skills in mainland China, both in intensive off screen training and onscreen work in several martial arts TV series. One of his most notable series so far has been WING CHUN, an epic tale co-starring screen fighting legends Yuen Biao and Sammo Hung where Tse portrayed real-life Wing Chun exponent Leung Bik.
Despite being caught up in a high-profile sex scandal last year that could have ended her career, Gillian Chung appears to be on the comeback trail. The Wing Chun movie would mark her return to the martial arts genre after starring in Yuen Woo-ping’s HOUSE OF FURY.
